How to Prepare Zoodles?

1) Garlic Parmesan Zoodles:

  • In a big, deep skillet, combine the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Reduce the heat to medium. 
  • Add the zucchini noodles when the oil around the garlic starts to bubble. Toss the noodles using pasta tongs and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until al dente — wilted but still crunchy. 
  • Combine the tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl. After a minute of cooking, transfer the noodles, tomatoes, and basil to a serving dish with spaghetti tongs.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and serve & enjoy hot.

2) Zoodles Stir-Fry:

  • In a medium-sized wok, heat the oil & add onions.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are transparent and soft, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add zoodles in the wok.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, or until zucchini is soft, adding soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sesame seeds as needed. 
  • Serve when cooked with garnish of choice.
